How to Enter:

Stop by the LendingPros Booth #108 in the Exhibit Hall on Saturday, October 18th and Sunday October 19th by dropping off your business card with someone from our LendingPros team.

Here's what winners will receive:

Winners will receive a Certificate to use for a loan that funds by 12/31/24 for $250 Off the Underwriting Fee. The $250 underwriting credit must be used by the winner on their next loan submitted between October 21st through December 31st, 2024. Giveaway is open to all Licensed Originators and winners will be announced no later than Tuesday, October 29th, 2024.

Contest Drawing Details:

  • Broker must provide a business card during October 18th – 19th, 2024 at the LendingPros Booth in order to enter the drawing. No other entrees will be accepted.
  • Four winners will be selected and announced by Tuesday, October 29th, 2024. Drawing is available to all Licensed Originators (mortgage brokers, loan officers) within OCMBC licensed states.
  • The $250 underwriting credit will be used by the winner on their next loan submitted between October 21st through December 31st, 2024. 
  • Loan must fund by 12/31/2024. Excludes 2nds and HELOCS.
  • Certificate worth $250 Off Underwriting Fee must be submitted and validated prior to the lock request.
  • Limit of one-time use per winner receiving the Certificate.
