FEMA Notice Date: August 31, 2023 The National Hurricane Center is forecasting that Hurricane Idalia will cause widespread flash flooding along the Gulf Coast of Florida. The following counties have been identified as potentially impacted by the disaster. On August 31, 2023, FEMA declared that federal disaster aid with individual assistance has been made available to counties in Florida to supplement recovery efforts in the areas affected by Hurricane Idalia from August 27, 2023 and continuing.
