FEMA Notice Date: June 24th, 2024

On June 24, 2024, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) declared that federal disaster aid with individual assistance has been made available to counties in Iowa to supplement recovery efforts in the areas affected by Severe Storms, Flooding, Straight-line Winds, and Tornadoes on June 16, 2024, and continuing. On July 5, 2024, 3 additional counties were granted individual assistance. On July 9, 2024, an additional county was granted individual assistance. On July 18, 2024, 3 additional counties were granted individual assistance. On July 24, 2024, 2 additional counties were granted individual assistance. On 7/29/2024, a Disaster End date of 7/23/2024 was established. On 8/2/2024, an additional county was granted individual assistance.
